Shipping information

The shipping costs are

Single dispatch toll box holder: 2,00 €

Standard shipping toll box: 3,90 €

Express shipping toll box: 35,00 € (only available for toll box for vehicles up to 3m height)

The delivery time for the toll box for vehicles up to 3m is 1-4 working days within Germany and 4-7 working days within Europe. The delivery for express delivery is usually on the next working day.
Orders for this box are dispatched the same day, provided the order (and payment) is received by 11:00 am.

The dispatch period for the toll box for vehicles over 3 m height is 2-3 weeks. Express shipping is not possible here.

ATTENTION! Shipping to packing stations is unfortunately not possible

Information on payment options

With the first payment of the order, you automatically grant us a direct debit mandate for the further debits.

Please note: Payment by direct debit extends the delivery time by another 7 working days in addition to the regular delivery time.
When switching to direct debit, a fee of 0.01 EUR may apply.

Note: Payments are generally collected via the means of payment you deposited when placing the order. 

When ordering, the activation fee and shipping fee are due. The annual fee is due with the first monthly statement and, if you keep the device, the annual fee is due once a year from the date of dispatch.

Tolls recorded with the toll box are billed once per month. In exceptional cases we reserve the right to invoice more often.
